The HōN Culture is based upon consistently finding ways to improve your health while pursuing your personal fitness goals.

Private Training:
HōN Trainers utilize the R•E•A•C•T (Resistance Exercise And Cardio Transition) Training System in order to provide our members with the appropriate challenges needed to achieve their goals. Weather you are looking to improve your health, compete in an athletic event or just look your best we will train you, on one condition. You must be willing to work and take the steps that are necessary to reach your goals.

Flexibility Training:
HōN Gym is the only facility in the Triangle area to have Certified Active Isolated (A/I) Stretching Technicians. Many professional and amateur athletes across the country have implemented AI Stretching techniques into their training programs in order to increase strength, flexibility, power generation and overall performance. AI Stretching allows for noticeable gains in flexibility within a short period of time with little or no negative impact on muscles or joints. 

Meal Planning:
We understand that exercising consistently can be offset by poor eating habits and that some diets may be counterproductive to your long-term goals. By utilizing our approach to meal planning we can assist you in developing the appropriate meal plan that will enable you to make a gradual transition towards long term healthy eating habits.
